What the Foster Care Payment Calculator does
Foster carers usually receive a daily maintenance rate per child, which often varies by age and level of need, plus allowances for clothing, birthdays or special circumstances. Multiplying each child’s rate by days in care gives the monthly payment.
It also works as a foster care per diem calculator.
