Email Signature Maker
Table-based HTML with the image inline, because that is what email clients actually render in 2026.
- Runs in your browser
- Nothing uploaded
The tool
Fill in your details, then copy the signature and paste it into your email client. The logo travels inside the signature, so it survives forwarding.
Everything you enter stays on your own machine. Nothing is sent to us or to anyone else, which you can confirm in your browser network tab.
What people use it for
- Giving a whole team one consistent signature
- Replacing a signature that collapses in Outlook
- Making the logo show up even where a client blocks remote images
- Updating details after a role or phone number changes
- Setting up signatures for a new business without a designer
About this tool
Why signatures break
Email clients are not browsers. Outlook renders HTML through Microsoft Word, which ignores most modern CSS, so a signature built with flexbox or grid collapses into a stack of text. This one uses tables and inline styles, which is unfashionable and is what actually works.
The embedded logo
A signature that links to an image on your website breaks the day that URL changes, and many clients block remote images by default, so the recipient sees an empty box. This one embeds the logo directly in the HTML instead, so it travels with the message and shows up even where a client blocks remote images.
The trade is size. An embedded image makes every email slightly larger, so this keeps the logo small rather than shipping it at full resolution.
Keep it short
Name, role, company, one phone number and one address. Legal disclaimers, quotes and social icons make the signature longer than most of the messages carrying it, and on a phone they push the actual reply off the screen. If your organisation requires a disclaimer, add it in your client below the signature.
Pasting it in
Gmail: Settings, See all settings, Signature, then paste. Outlook on the web: Settings, Mail, Compose and reply. Outlook desktop: File, Options, Mail, Signatures. Apple Mail: Settings, Signatures, then paste with formatting kept.

Questions
Questions about this tool
The things clients actually want to know — costs, timelines, ownership and what happens after launch.
Yes. It uses tables and inline styles, which is what Outlook renders reliably. Modern CSS layout is what usually breaks there.
A linked image breaks if the URL changes, and many clients block remote images, so the recipient sees a blank box. Embedded travels with the message.
Slightly. That is exactly why this keeps the logo small.
Not in this version. They lengthen a signature considerably and push replies off the screen on a phone, so this one stays short.
Settings, See all settings, Signature, then paste. Use Copy the signature rather than the downloaded file.
