What the Consulting Scope and Fee Calculator does
Consulting proposals price each phase of an engagement by the days each team member contributes at their day rate. Adding travel and expenses and any commercial discount gives the fee, and a phase breakdown makes the scope clear to the client.
Formula
- Line fee = days × day rate
- Fees = Σ line fees × (1 − discount)
- Total = fees × (1 + expenses)
