Case study
Plenty of traffic, plenty of add-to-carts, and far too few completed orders.
Sample content. This is an illustrative example supplied with the theme, not a real client project. The figures shown are not actual results.
The store was attracting reasonable traffic but converting poorly. Analysis put the drop-off at two points: a product page that answered no sizing questions, and a checkout that revealed delivery costs only at the final step.
We rebuilt the product page around sizing confidence — detailed guides, model measurements, and reviews filtered by fit. Delivery costs moved to the product page. We cut checkout to a single page with guest checkout and wallet payments, then built abandoned-cart and post-purchase email flows.
The client assumed the problem was traffic quality. Session recordings and funnel analysis said otherwise — people were interested and getting most of the way through, then stopping at two specific, fixable points.
Returns and abandonment in fashion are frequently the same problem wearing different clothes: uncertainty about fit. Detailed sizing guidance, model measurements and fit-filtered reviews addressed the hesitation directly.
Unexpected delivery cost is consistently among the top reasons for cart abandonment. Moving that information to the product page lost a few add-to-carts and gained considerably more completed orders.
