What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry form we collect your name and email address, and, where you choose to provide them, your phone number, company name, the service you are interested in, your budget range and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we may collect your IP address, browser type and version, device type, the pages you view, how long you spend on them and the site you arrived from. Analytics tools collect this.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest, you contacted us and expect a reply.
- To provide services you have engaged us for. Our lawful basis is performance of a contract.
- To understand how visitors use the site and improve it. Our lawful basis is consent, given through the cookie banner.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations. Our lawful basis is legal obligation.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing without asking you first.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries that do not become projects for 24 months, then delete them. We keep client records for seven years after the engagement ends, to satisfy UK accounting requirements. We retain analytics data according to the settings in the tools we use, typically 14 months.
Who we share it with
We use third-party services to run the site and our business. Those that may process personal data include our website hosting provider, our email provider, and analytics services. Each processes data on our instructions under a data processing agreement.
We may disclose information where the law requires it.
International transfers
Some of our service providers operate outside the UK. When we transfer data internationally, we rely on adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct inaccurate data, to ask us to erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

Security

This site does not target children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

We may update this policy. The revision date below records any material change.
